Billing

When you're charged

You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill from your account.

Pharmacy relationship

Where your medication comes from

Prescriptions written by LocumTele providers are sent to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares, labels and ships your medication under an individual prescription. Evolve Prime Health is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.
