Cancellation, refunds & shipping

Last updated: October 22, 2026

When you're charged

You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

Some plans renew every 3 months. The amount and interval are shown on the product page and at checkout before you place your order request.

Renewals and cancelling

Some plans renew every 3 months. The amount and interval are shown on the product page and at checkout before you place your order request. Plans renew automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. The amount, billing interval and renewal date are shown before you order. Cancel anytime before your next renewal in your account or by emailing support@evolveprimehealth.com. Once a renewal has been charged and the medication has been prepared or shipped, that period can't be refunded.

Medication returns

For safety, prescription medication that has been dispensed or shipped can't be returned or resold. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us right away and we'll work with the pharmacy to put it right.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the monthly price unless the product page shows a shipping fee. Medication ships only after a prescription is issued, to your address in a state we serve. Tracking is sent by email when available. Some medicines ship cold; store them as the pharmacy label says.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is late, damaged, missing or looks tampered with, don't use the medication. Contact us promptly.

Clinical note

Cancelling a plan doesn't replace medical advice. Ask your provider before stopping a medication.

Request a refund

Email support@evolveprimehealth.com with your order number. Please don't include medical details.

This is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
